Why We’re More Like Ally from “A Star is Born” than Lady Gaga
Have you ever wondered why most women relate more to Ally in “A Star is Born” than to the real-life Lady Gaga?
I mean, why aren’t more of us born with that unshakeable confidence and belief in ourselves like Lady Gaga has?!
Instead, what I see and hear from many women is that we hide out or hold back our gifts, our brilliance, our voice, often for YEARS or decades, just like Ally did.
It’s been one of MY biggest struggles for most of my life!
So why is this? I believe it’s because many of us harbor a core fear (often stemming from something that happened in childhood) of fully being SEEN, and we question if what we have to say is truly valuable or worthy.
This is one of the reasons why I created the Soulful Speaking Success Circle.
It’s my NEW 90-day program (on Zoom) where I not only teach you to create your client-attracting signature talk and where to find and how to book those speaking gigs, but I ALSO teach you how to MASTER the fear that stops you from putting yourself out there–or putting yourself out there only HALF-ASS. Know what I mean? 😉
Because here’s the truth: if you’re NOT speaking in your business or not speaking REGULARLY, you are missing out on HUGE visibility and money-making opportunities. You’re missing out on having more clients you love, on exponentially growing your income and your ability to make a big impact on the lives of others.
And if you’re on a personal path of spiritual growth and transformation, like many of you are in my community, and you’re NOT speaking regularly in your business, you’re missing out on a huge opportunity for your own self-growth and awakening. TRULY!
Yesterday I shot a Facebook Live for you talking about this very thing. It’s not perfect, but I did it anyway. Because I know now it’s NOT about being perfect. Shooting videos is my edge–and seems to bring up a lot of resistance for me. But I’m more committed to my growth and living on the thrilling edge of my own aliveness, than I am to staying comfortable.
Maybe your edge is something similar–perhaps with shooting videos, leading webinars, being more visible on social media, or maybe it’s with live public speaking to attract your ideal clients.
That’s what Soulful Speaking is here for!
