Grow Your Physical Strength to Grow Your Confidence on the Savvy, Soulful & Successful Show

Feeling strong in your body helps you grow your confidence to speak on stage and share your message unapologetically.
That’s one of the reasons why I’ve made weekly yoga classes, strength training, walking and other physical activity (boogieboarding!) a lifelong habit.
It wasn’t until I started doing slow and mindful strength training weekly workouts that I really noticed a difference with how I felt when speaking and leading groups. The physical strength literally translates into me feeling my inner strength, confidence and feminine power.
In fact, just the other day I decided to postpone recording a Facebook Live until AFTER my Monday morning workout, and I noticed how much more self-assured and bolder I felt about doing it and how much lower my jitters were!
Listen in below to my Savvy, Soulful & Successful Show on Women Lead Radio where I interview Ana Nieto, health & wellness expert and creator of Mindful Online Workouts.
Ana and I talk about why women entrepreneurs must prioritize creating a healthy, fit and strong body as part of their overall business success strategy. It’s truly not an option!
In her lovely Spanish accent, Ana busts some myths about diet and exercise, shares how a 30-minute weekly workout changed her life, and gives us the secret to staying committed to a regular exercise routine.
This is a topic near and dear to my heart, and I encourage you to listen in to our 30-minute on-air conversation below. Ana is my rockstar personal trainer and has also become a dear friend.
With deep care, self-compassion, focused commitment AND expert support, each one of us can find our way with what our body’s need to feel good, happy and whole–which then affects every other area of our lives.
? With the start of autumn, what’s a new commitment you would like to make for your body’s wellbeing, knowing that it has a direct impact on your business success?
Sending much love to you and your sweet body.
